SideDoor is our shop partner. They are a third party service that fulfills and manages all orders placed through our shop.

SideDoor was founded to provide independent interior designers with a platform to curate product and share it with their followers and clients. I love working with SideDoor and often specify their products for our projects.

All pricing in our shop and through SideDoor is set at IMAP (Internet Minimum Available Pricing). Manufacturers set IMAP for online retailers as a condition of offering their product for sale.

Be cautious when ordering from vendors promoting lower prices. Pricing through our shop and SideDoor includes shipping to your front door. Please keep this in mind when comparison shopping by price.

Products are only offered as shown.

Once your order is places, you will receive and email confirmation for SideDoor. All of the information about your order including a direct link to the SideDoor order team will be included.

In addition, you will be notified when products are processed and shipped. You will have access to live support.

SideDoor also offers White Glove Delivery as an add-on for every order, enabling you to receive top-shelf service from beginning to end.

With that confirmation, you can contact SideDoor directly regarding deliveries, questions or any damages which may have happened, and the Order Team will handle everything between the vendor and shipping company.

ALL SALES through SideDoor are final unless there is a damage in transit. Items are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. You should open your order immediately upon arrival. Do not discard the boxes and make sure you photograph all packaging and any damages and contact SideDoor with 24 hours of delivery.

SideDoor will handle all damage claims, but you must notify them with 24 hours of delivery. You must inspect any deliveries immediately for SideDoor to make a claim with the shipper or vendor. SideDoor will handle all repairs or replacements as required if it is damaged in transit.
