This design only service offering includes:
AutoCad drawings, including a complete floor plan, elevations, a suggested reflected lighting plan, and a suggested basic electrical plan for your new kitchen, bathroom, or millwork project. 3D Renderings are available at addition costs.
Final construction documentation is the responsibility of the client’s cabinetry supplier, general contractor, or architect.
This service offering is perfect for you if you are building a new home, addition or renovating and want to DIY or work with your own construction team.
Our Thymeless Luxury Kitchen - Design Only service offering starts at $8.75 per square foot, with a minimum of 1000 square feet, or $8,750.00.
Our Thymeless Luxury Bathroom - Design Only service offering starts at $5.75 per square foot, with a minimum of 1000 square feet, or $5,750.00.
Our Thymeless Luxury Millwork for Interiors - Design Only service offering is priced on a per job basis.
In general, this will be priced at approx. $7.50 a square foot with a minimum of 1000 square feet.
Included in this category: laundry rooms, mudrooms, home offices, custom built-ins and lower level living environments such as bars, media rooms, home gyms and Zoom rooms.
Please note: this service offering also does not include furniture, window treatments, floor covering, paint. These are services which we are currently not offering. However, we are happy to refer you to one of our trusted professional partners if this is a service you are seeking.
