Thyme & Place Design’s concierge service offering is a bit different than most. You will be signing a contract with Thyme & Place Design for design services, final construction documentation, procurement management of cabinets, countertops, decorative hardware – delivered and installed. 

You will be signing a separate contract with our trusted construction team for installation of tile, flooring, decorative lighting, plumbing, electrical or any related construction needed. 

If you are considering Thyme & Place Design’s concierge service offering, the investment for our design services, cabinetry, countertop, and decorative hardware installations typically begin at $60,000.00 for a 12 X 15 kitchen.

We recommend you plan on investing $135,000.00 or more  – not including appliances  – for your entire kitchen renovation, assuming minimal changes to your existing structure.
